By submitting your order, you are undertaking to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal data for the purposes of supplying goods which includes passing you personal data onto a courier service. We will not use your personal data for any other purposes than that stated without your permission.
Once you have placed your order with us through our website you will receive an email, to confirm you payment method and the items ordered. The goods are the property of Atman of Sandwich until payment has been received in full and funds are cleared.
Atman of Sandwich maintains a pricing policy. With low overheads we are able to offer the best price to our customers; we do not raise our prices to set up an artificial discount. Atman of Sandwich believe in honesty and strive to keep these standards at all times.
All prices are inclusive of the statutory vat as required. Any other taxes that may be applicable are the sole responsibility of and shall be paid by the customer.
We aim to deliver all goods to the customer within a seven day period, unless the goods are a specialised order where as a delivery date will be confirmed to the customer via email or telephone. We can not specify a delivery time on day of delivery, as standard delivery can be any time of the day, therefore a telephone number will be required at time of order. There will be a nominal delivery charge.
If Atman of Sandwich fail to deliver the goods in the agreed time period, or the goods are faulty, Atman of Sandwich will give a full refund on all monies paid.
If the customer cancels the order to Atman of Sandwich any payments made (eg deposit) will be forfeited.
This is a warranty related Item (not accident damage) Atman of Sandwich will repair the goods in 5 working days of arrival of the bike/moped (not including weekends and bank holidays) nor does it include the time taken to deliver or collection of the bike/moped (for the sake of clarity this means delivery/collection day is not counted as the first day of the 5 working days) If this is not achieved within the 5 working days, the customer will be entitled to a replacement bike/moped of equivalent value. The Quality Guarantee extends for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The customer is responsible for delivery and collection of the bike to and from Atman of Sandwich premises.
Replacements will be issued when a product that has been delivered and found there is an accepted malfunction with the operation that is unable to be resolved by way of advice or replacement parts. Any delivery costs will be borne by Atman of Sandwich.
Once delivery has been received please check items for any damage before signing for the items in good condition, if the delivery note has not been signed due to damaged goods, please notify us immediately. If any items are deemed to have been damaged upon delivery we will rectify any damages. However if any goods are damaged and have been signed for, and Atman of Sandwich have not been informed within 7 days, any cost will be borne by the customer unless proven otherwise.
Atman of Sandwich believe in giving you the customer 100% service, therefore we offer a maximum warranty period of one year on all our Electric Bikes and Mopeds, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subject to certain conditions as set out below.
Within the given warranty, we will supply the new parts, and advice on fixing the product. Should it be required for the goods to be repaired/inspected at our premises the cost of delivery will be borne by Atman of Sandwich, if found upon examination the repairs are outside the warranty terms any delivery fees will be reimbursed to Atman of Sandwich. The customer has the rights to use a third party to examine the fault, so therefore not reliant on Atman of Sandwich opinions.
Warranty cover does not include the following:- Damaged plastic parts, wear and tear on brake pads or tyres, or damage to any part of the product due to abuse or misuse. Labour that occurs outside of our facility. Parts damaged by accident, neglect, misuse or abuse. Products that have not been regularly checked and serviced as highlighted in maintenance documentation.
Once goods have been purchased/delivered they must be thoroughly checked to ensure there are no nuts or bolts loose/missing through transi. This check should also be carried out prior to each ride of the Bike, which should ensure long-term durability. Any fault should be reported either by email or telephone to Atman of Sandwich as soon as possible. Atman of Sandwich will assess the problem, of which you will be advised how best to rectify fault/problem via email or telephone. If it is found a replacement part is needed this will be sent to you, with guidance from Atman of Sandwich how to fit the parts.
Atman of Sandwich will take no liability for any losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed and for any losses that were not caused by any breach on our part. By purchasing our products you have read and agreed to the terms and condition set out. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Atman of Sandwich strive to provide an error-free website, but as the contents are constantly changing and subject to product updates, we can not guarantee that all contents are 100% accurate and/or complete, including prices, product information, product specifications and product compatibility. As such we reserve the right to correct errors in places as they are discovered, revoke any stated offers and otherwise correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, The right extends to orders that have already submitted and accepted by our website.
